SHIPPING
Please allow 5-7 business days for most retail order processing (unless otherwise specified) and 3-7 business days for retail order shipping.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to receive an item of an alternative design or size, please place a separate order through our website and return your previously purchased item.
RETURNS
We understand that sometimes returns need to be made for retail purchases. Gerrard Kessler will accept returns of unused, unwashed products in new condition, with original tags on, and in original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
No returns will be accepted after 14 days.

Retail returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise only (not shipping). Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your return we will inspect, and then eligible return items will be refunded to the original credit card used for payment. Returns are refunded for the merchandise price less the shipping cost.
